One of those songs I love but always seem to forget I have in my collection, and another one of your covers that I’m liking a lot. Even the little bit in the middle. lol

Really enjoyed that and it’s put me in the mood to go and dig it out for a listen. Thanks. :)

Now if you could see your way to doing a cover of ‘SLF - Listen’ I might be able to find an old crumpled Scottish pound for yer ole geetar case. lol

Nah, seriously Brooke, I’m loving your cover versions. Good luck with the record.

    Thanks Craig.
Hey, if you email me the mp3 for ‘Listen’ I’ll certainly give it a try.

Erm, excuse my ignorance here but where do I send it?
I can’t see an email address to mail it to. If you could let me know then I’ll send it on over to ye asap as I love the song and wouldn’t mind hearing your take on it. Thanks.

I find it interesting that during the chorus you go from the Cm bar chord shape to the open G chord shape, when it would be easier to use the bar G chord shape right above. Nothing wrong with they way you’re doing it as you do a lovely rendition of the song, just interesting.

umm, yeah forgot about the auto-capitalization thing… the C minor to G change

Yeah, I’m a bit of a renegade. I play by my own rules. I’ve been called a loose cannon by some… You never know what I’m going to do, or how I’m going to play my chords. It’s the chance you take if you want to roll with thebrooke.

I do hope the irony came through sufficiently there. I watched Blades of Glory recently, and I think I just started channeling Will Farrell.
Thanks zoathias. Glad you liked. :)

Loved it. so simple yet so powerful. that is what makes good songs. Echo and NWO were my faves.
