Where’s your cover of the SP version of “Dancing in the Moonlight?” It’s my favorite song of yours!

Apart from that missing, it’s a great album!

  3. guida on April 7th, 2008

I will have to download them at 2a.m.(the freaking interferences,as usual!), but yey!!!

  7. guida on April 11th, 2008

moronic me!!!(i warned you). there were no interferences what so ever. But the ordering
through amazon(yes,i thought it would be good promoting, for ppl who don´t know you through net) seems impossible! i´ll have to find a way to keep some songs in the comp. to make room for this on mp3 right away.
And next time i see god,i will ask him to make me a computer geek master in my next life!

  8. thebrooke on April 11th, 2008

haha, Guida, you’re adorable. I’m actually kind of annoyed last.fm automatically creates amazon & itunes links whether or not the album in question is available on either of those. It’s misleading and irritating I would think.

    Thanks fer trying though! :)

I love the brooke. I paid £75 for Neil Young tickets in Edinburgh, Scotland…. I would pay double that to see the brooke, no question about it!

this piece is just one of the instrumentals in a cd my dad has since i was very little… this music, i believe has made me who i am today and the way i see the world… i think that the way we see the world is built in our lonely hours and lonely hours is one of my favourite hobbies… and this music was present in many of these hours

    hope you enjoy it…

(i many times shed tears to this music)

You have great taste in music. I love your cover of Pink Bullets. Come to Chicago and sing with me.

  14. thebrooke on April 13th, 2008

@ Kyle - Miroslav is right, you spoil me.

    @skieseye - I did enjoy that, it’s beautiful. thanks.

@ Mike - sure, I’ll be right over, just let me get my shoes on.

Seriously, thanks dudes. you are the wind beneath my wings.

Hm something about that response makes me think you’re not entirely serious… can’t quite put my finger on it. but anyway, i wasnt kidding.

  16. psychomode14 on April 14th, 2008

I just realized something: you would do an excellent job of Sonic Youth’s “Teen Age Riot”. I’m not sure why, but your voice would somehow suit that song really well.

There’s my request for the next cover video, whenever you decide to post another. After the EP, or whenever. The only tricky part is the tuning of the song, heh.

  17. thebrooke on April 14th, 2008

Sorry Mike, didn’t mean to be so flippant. I’m a jerk sometimes. I appreciate the invite! I just live quite a trek away. Maybe someday when I’m travelin’!

  18. Michael on April 14th, 2008

I really enjoy the sounds you produce, and karma police when you sing “this is what you get” it sends chills down my spine.

  19. Luce on April 15th, 2008

    hey brooke

nice cover art ^^ is that you on the tree?

  20. thebrooke on April 15th, 2008

Thanks Michael and Luce. It could be me on the cover. I do have lazer eyes.

  21. Romanski on April 21st, 2008

Wow. What a GEM I stumbled upon! Right voice, right colors, right hair, right music choice (must be around the same age as me (at least in spirit then ;-). Thank you for your interpretations! Keep up the spirit. (BTW would like to hear your Neil Youngs out on the weekend…(yes that is a request are you doing any??).

i’ve always been curious… sometimes curious about the outmost intrancendent things, but that’s just me… so i wanted to ask you how old you are, for nothing in particular, it’s just that curiosity has beaten me this time!

im eighteen (attempt to trade revealing my age, which probably you don’t care about, for you revealing yours :) ) <—– wow double smile… im sure you cant resist to that!

  23. thebrooke on April 28th, 2008

Thanks Romanski! Not taking requests anytime soon, but I have no doubt more Neil Young will make it’s way past my lips and fingers at some point down the road.

Skieseye, you’re younger than I thought. And I bet I’m older than you thought. Ten years older than you! Better show the respect. ;)

  24. skieseye on April 28th, 2008

thanks for thinking me older… us guys prefer that sometimes… and i like being told indirectly, that im mature for my age, and i guess that’s good, in some way… but on the other side, i find it hard to find someone for me because i find most of girls my age are really inmature, and older ones are too proud to date younger boys… so, im cursed in some way, but i prefer it nevertheless, and i know that sooner or later someone will come along…

i did think you were mentaly mature, so your age does not suprise me i that way, but you look phisically younger… in the compliment sense of the phrase;)
